Official Opening of the Foot and Ankle Centre

After over a year of construction and operational development, the Foot and Ankle Centre officially opened at the Spire Tunbridge Wells Hospital.
In an educational evening for GPs and other healthcare professionals in which the emphasis was on practical teaching in small groups, our multi-disciplinary team, Mr James Ritchie (Consultant Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Surgeon), Messrs Paul Studart and Toby Winkworth (Musculoskeleteal Podiatrists), Mrs Lucie Denys (Specialist Physiotherapist) and Drs John Garrett and Charles Wetton (Consultant Radiologists) demonstrated the full spectrum of services available in the new centre from biomechanical gait analysis and physiotherapy to state of the art imaging techniques and complex reconstructive surgery.
